Ferrari Granulati calcium carbonate is made exclusively by selecting and processing Bianco Carrara rubble, universally known as one of the finest raw materials to obtain extremely pure and white calcium carbonates.
In order to improve the finest materials in nature, we were the first in Italy to install a sophisticated opto-electronic system, which, through high speed cameras and an air nozzle deflecting barrier, selects all the material, before it is input into the grinding process, by removing almost all the impurities present.
The careful selection of raw materials and subsequent cutting-edge and highly automated processes, allow us to ensure an absolutely reliable product, with an unparalleled whiteness.
CARBONATE
Micronised Products
The micronisation product is carried out using a vertical roller mill, followed by a high-efficiency dynamic classifier: the entire system is constantly controlled by an automated monitoring system, which uses the data provided in real time by an online laser particle size grading machine to adjust the system and obtain the utmost granule size consistency.

Microgranules with paticle sizing
Using a plant designed by us, we can create calcium carbonate with optimized granule sizing, to reduce interparticle spaces.
These new products allow for a significant polymer reduction in the polymer compound sector, and for a significant water/concrete ration, in the conglomerate sector.

Microgranules
Products obtained by grinding with primary and secondary hammer mills, to obtain a multifaceted granule shape; the sieving evenness is ensured by using a Parsum particle size grading machine and by a Branscan optical quality check unit.
